2011 IS THE YEAR OF GODDAMN FITNESS
NO MORE EXCUSES.  I’m going to lose the weight! Did 30 minutes on the elliptical tonight.  Gonna try the weight training stuff with my dad again.  I lost like an inch in my arms every few weeks when I did that.   I’ve got a bunch of apps on my iPhone to help me track my progress, so I’m hoping that will make a difference.  My goal is at least 30 lbs by July.

That’s why I haven’t been on very much.  Holidays have been nice.  Kind of looking forward to getting back in the swing of things school wise.  I’m addicted to Mad Men.  that is all.
